    Can’t use if you’re Apple! , Androids only!!!!

    Bought 40” apple , liked it so much I took reciept back, gave exact skew number and the salesman just got me a different tv brand, 40”, but android. Couldn’t even change time from my apple. Took it back in box 4 weeks later WITH 5 year warranty and they wouldn’t exchange because it was past 2 weeks. Fast forward 1year, now they can exchange now they realized I had purchased 5 year protection. Customer service gone way down hill!

    Terrible, does not work 5 months later

    The remote continually loses connection with the tv. TCL has"warrantied" the tv 4 times now. Each time is a ridiculous hour long phone call, new case number, and then a crazy long shipping process to ship the tv back to them, then another hour on the phone trying to track down my missing tv. It's been 5 months and I still do not have a functioning tv.

    Was working good until it didn’t. Bought in May and then stopped working in July. Expected a tv to last at least a year. Maybe be careful when you purchase this.

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV! I thought this TV was the best bang for my buck, but it is cheap for a reason. It rarely works, randomly shuts off, kicks me out of netflix/hulu have not downloaded anything else because I cant even get the initial platforms to work. Had it for less than a year, it has never left my dresser, and still doesnt work.

    This tv was adequate and was very flimsy and fell over and crashed on its own from the tv stand. It was in the middle of the stand, Nobody bumped or touched the tv at all, it just fell over when we were watching a movie and cracked all the way down. THe tv had sound, just no longer had a picture. If I would have known there was an issue with those feet, I would have probably had the tv mounted to the wall so that it wouldn't have fallen over.

    Slow and laggy TV.

    Do not buy this TV. I don’t know if it is the TV or the Roku integration but it lags a lot. It is very slow and it takes a while to access menus or options. I’ve had it for a while now and it is very frustrating. To the point that sometimes it kicks you out of what you’re watching and the app and sends you to home. I had Amazon TV with fire stick integrated and never had this problem.

    It took too long to rectify the problem I had. Outsourcing is horrendous. On the line for 40 Minutes speaking to someone who can’t speak English and then they refused to transfer me to someone in the US. Then decided to hang up on me. All because I asked for a Military Discount.

    I've only had this TV for a few weeks and it NO LONGER TURNS ON!! I've tested my outlets and they definitely work... The TV light doesn't turn on when plugged into any wall outlet. I'm so disappointed in this product! And of course, I can't return it because the return window ended YESTERDAY. What a waste of money.
