    I have have had more problems the sound. The sound completely went out. I spent over an hour with a tec trying to get it back. Now I have to turn it up to 50 and 60. All of this is a pain in the neck,

    When I set up my sisters television and turned it on the screen was black on on side of the screen with picture showing on the other. I looked closely at the screen and could see a crack in the corner!

    Purchased for my office & screen worked for about 30mins during a meeting, then went wacky..replaced with an LG.

    Worked for 2 hours then goes black. Tech support went through all the checks determined its a bad backlight. Took it back and got the Samsung

    Too long on the interruptions and every time I try a channel it wants me to pay a subscription not what I expected

    After about 6 years this TV is finally starting to slow down. The remote and tiles are lagging. It worked great for many years and was super easy to use and navigate.

    I’ve had the tv for almost 3 months and all of the sudden the screen freezes, then shuts off and turns back on. Not worth the money at all.

    Tv lasted 14 months. Suddenly quit working. I would say you get what you pay for, but even the Sony I bought 4 years ago died

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
