Good affordable TV

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We typically only buy Samsungs and there was a similar Samsung for $30 more but it was out of stock and we wanted to purchase immediately. Overall the picture quality is great and the feature set is good. I would have preferred a wired network connection but the wifi seems to be working just fine. Only thing that I was not to keen on is needing a Roku account but Roku has been around forever so I don't need to worry about losing functionality on the TV in the next 2 years.

I was not sure about Roku but it took little time until I started to really like it. There's a lot of content, much of it free. We bought it for our second home and we may drop our cable. With our cable service at our other home we can get much of the content that we watch free by signing into the app on the Roku. We also bought this one because it was one of the few 40" that had 3 HDMI.
