This is a GREAT TV for the price! Clear picture, all the channels you want and the perfect size for a bedroom! Most of all a terrific price!

Good tv for the price. It comes with all the new apps that a family needs. The tv was easy to install. The picture is pretty good for an inexpensive tv. The perfect size for a kids room.

Love the Roku. I think we have 5 in my house. You just can't beat the price of the system. It's easy to setup and just works with a nice clear screen.

I was skeptical of this new brand that I had not heard of before but thought I’d roll the dice as this tv offers a great combination of utilities with the Roku built in. I bought two of these TVs for my guest bedrooms to provide entertainment for company that stays over and they work great! Easy to set up and the picture quality through the streaming platform is excellent for a simple 1080p tv. Highly recomend

Remote sometimes glitches and airplay rarely works ,is a good tv for the price though

Good TV for the money. It has been out in a garage for almost 2 years now. Works well for having some TV playing while working in the garage.

The TCL 40" LED TV was a good buy for under $200 - we were not familiar with the brand but decided to try it at this price point. The other model we were interested in was not available. Loaded it up in the car with the help of the Best Buy staff and headed home. It took about 30 minutes to complete set up with no problems, the biggest problem was unboxing. Set the color to our liking and everything worked great. It is a smart TV which is helpful for us human dummies. TV was better than we hoped. It has been over 10 years since our last TV and there are a lot more features and options since then for sure. Good color, sound, and picture. We are happy campers.

For the price, the tv is great. Picture is decent. Roku works very well. Menus are easy to navigate. Remote is simple, a little cheap though. Great for a spare bedroom.

Just setup for my kids, and this is an excellent TV unit! Installation/setup is quick and easy. (All one needs is a Phillips head screwdriver to attach the legs.) If you either already have Roku or have set it up before, the setup process is the same and very easy. I didn't look at instructions, and Roku was setup, including the software refresh and downloading my normal channels, in about 30 minutes by following the on screen instructions. Great picture and stand alone sound. For deeper bass, a sound bar could be connected. Look forward to enjoyment for years to come!

It is exactly what it claims to be. Everything about it is average. The built in roku is nice, because if you can’t find the remote you can use your smartphone

Awesome picture and very user friendly! Remote is very handy with built-in app buttons and I love that the Roku is built into the TV. Extremely great quality for the price !

One of my better buys. Great TV; great sound. Such a great price; I bought two. My first Roku TVs. The quality is terrific!

It's a quality, easy to use smart TV. Yes it's not 4K but the picture is still quite clear and bright. It has an auto shut-off mode help save electricity if it's not being used. Also, Roku is one of the most user friendly platforms I've come across so if you're an older individual whose not tech savvy this may be a good introduction television set. Sound-wise, it's adequate. If you watch a lot of dialogue oriented shows you may want to consider picking up a soundbar for added sonic clarity. Overall, for $200 it's solid television that's easy to set up, and easy to use.

The TCL 40-inch Roku television offers many options. I explained to the associate I was not tech savvy, so he presented a thorough overview of the television and what to expect during setup. I was able to load and unload the box from my car, but most importantly I was able to unpack the television and set up by myself within minutes. I truly like the many options available to receive programing...cable, antenna, etc. The picture and sound are good, as well as, the options offered for personalizing features. I do not see a need to purchase a sound board. Thank you.

Great picture, very lightweight, easy to set up - and the price was right. We just cut the cord and this Roku TV is perfect for our streaming needs.

After cutting the cord and switching to full streaming, we only recently began playing with ROKU devices on our TVs and I like them even more than our Apple TV. We love the Roku Ultra box on our main TV so much I decided to try an all-in-one Roku TV for our bedroom. I love this thing. Availability of apps, ease of setup and use, and picture quality is amazing for the price. Individual satisfaction may vary based on internet speeds and variety of streaming services to which one subscribes, but all our needs are met and exceeded and I'll be replacing our other TVs with Roku TVs in the future.

Second TCL ROKU tv we've purchased. Picture is great, and it's very easy to use. I give a "slight" penalty for the limited remote control, but it's still great.
