Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a gift for my mom..she loves it but i had a tv prior to getting this one and i had to go to the store to get the 40 inch tcl and where you go to exchange the tv to get the another tv those two people that were at the desk had very bad attitudes I really had to bite my tongue I never seen two people that don't like answering questions if you don't like your job work somewhere else but overall the tv works great
