Great picture poor quality

I was enjoying the whole Roku experience. On the 28th day after my purchase the volume went out .Best Buy will not replace or refund my money. How TLC well honor their warranty has yet to be seen.

The only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars is the uneven sound quality. It is sometimes too loud or too soft depending on the use.
