Purchased Tv for a family member and she loves it. great interface and picture

The smart tv is perfect for my family. We have opted to stream our shows or use a roof antenna. The new tv does all we asked for and for a good price. More than anything, I was impressed with the way Best Buy, Industry Hills, handles shopping during the Covid-19 pandemic. I felt safe and did not have to wander around the store looking for someone to help me. Congratulations on a job well done.

Love this Roku tv, it's the perfect size for my son's room; not too big, not too small. He's able to play his XBox as well as access all of our streaming services with ease AND cable tv without a cable box. Picture is vivid, sound is lacking a bit but expected for this price. Set up couldn't be easier. Overall a great value.

I had a Westinghouse 40" that went to black screen in under 18 months. This TV replaced it & I love the Roku TV aspect, Sleep mode is so easy to set for the bedroom TV. Color is much better than the other & the sound is great, don't even need the sound bar which the other required. Honestly, for a 40" lower end model, the price could have been cheaper, but only when comparing larger lower end model prices.

Couldn't be happier with my new TV. The size is perfect for my living room in my apartment, the picture is great, it was an easy transition for me to use, and having the Best Buy staff deliver and set it up was fabulous. I am ready to consider maybe one size larger for my living room and put this one in my bedroom. Time will tell!

Great tv, easy set up, good quality picture, great value for money

Good price for the tv, it works fine. I'm no TV buff, but it's lightweight and the set up was easy.

Was concerned at first due to was not sure of the TCL tv with Roku installed. But after a 15 minute setup I was glad I purchased this Tv. It has several extra controls built (volume at theater settings, night time volume,etc. And picture quality was great with various settings that really make this a compromise with the more expensive TV. Very easy to go from Roku to the Main TV, but the news channels were apps on roku.

The TV has a very nice picture and a simple system to connect to Wifi. The one thing that I don't like is the remote. Its a Roku remote and doesn't allow entering a channel number. Also, the inputs don't allow for an Ethernet port in the 40 inch. In my son's dorm, they can only connect thru coax or ethernet so the sales guy was incorrect about the 40 inch version having the port. Otherwise a solid buy for the money.

Fast assembly ,fast adding apps , easy connect to wifi and win win to do as a consumer even checking was in stock drove to store and was able to get last one in stock that day. This is a very good tv and easy to add apps and very friendly customer experience

I just needed something small for my Mom's room and this TV fit the bill perfectly. Great price and a lot of bells and whistles that made TV viewing convenient for her, and the picture quality is on point. I love the TCL TVs and this one met all my expectations. Definitely a good buy for those looking for something simple without all the 4K/HDR stuff.

My niece needed a new tv for her new room because they just bought a new house. She requested this one with roku tv. It is perfect for her room and she can access all her favorite movies, shows etc. Easy to use. Easy for a 13 year old to hook up herself and use. Quality is lovely. Easy to operate and sign in to apps.

I needed a TV to mount on a fireplace I built. I didn’t want to need another cable box to watch tv, and this TV enabled me to download the cable provider app. Small downfall, you can’t just type in the channel number or use and up/down channel selector. You have to use the guide, and use the up/down to scroll through channels.

This is a pretty good value if you use Roku. The TV screen and sound is pretty darn good, the whole thing is light and thin, and the Roku integration is seamless (and quick). It replaced a much older (and more expensive) HD TV, and this has been an upgrade throughout. Easy to hang and set up too.
