    I bought this tv last month. The sound and color is good, however, there are times when i've turned the television on and there is no sound. Customer support recommended that I unplugged the television 42 seconds and then plug it back in, which worked. So now, whenever I turn it on and there's no sound, I have to unplug the TV wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Let the tv restart in order to get sound. Very annoying, which is why I gave it three stars.

    I’ve gotten a few fire tvs before and they were a bit slow, but I haven’t had any issues with this one at all. Also the fhd looks great. I love it

    picture has Impressive clarity and color. Audio is average and would consider adding sound bar. Remote is lacking numbers to input tv channel changes.
