Great for our bedroom

Use it in our bedroom, so not too concerned with picture quality, but it is nice. My husband uses it basically to fall asleep.

Horrible customer service!

Bought online and was delivered a shattered screen tv by Fed ex! Called to replace and was told i would get a new one delivered. I opted to drive a hour to pick up a new tv and drop off the broke one. Had to purchase a new warranty and 2 weeks later they charged me for an additional warranty. Called customer service 3 times always getting a foreigner that barely spoke English. I don't know what happened to bestbuy but i will never purchase thru them again! Experience was dreadful!
