Horrible customer service!

Bought online and was delivered a shattered screen tv by Fed ex! Called to replace and was told i would get a new one delivered. I opted to drive a hour to pick up a new tv and drop off the broke one. Had to purchase a new warranty and 2 weeks later they charged me for an additional warranty. Called customer service 3 times always getting a foreigner that barely spoke English. I don't know what happened to bestbuy but i will never purchase thru them again! Experience was dreadful!

40 inch 1080p with quantum dots...awesome
