    I bought this TV on Black Friday and it never arrived, because the day I had that they had to make the delivery, in the besbuy app it tells me that FedEx returned the TV, because it was damaged, I called besbuy and ok that they told me that they could not send the TV again, that I had to buy it when they gave me the credit, but as it was, I told them that one waits a year for their specials and they do not guarantee the price, for a mistake of them not guaranteeing, what may happen with their delivery

    The tv was a very good price however the color is not good. Attempted to adjust the settings and still does not improve. Will not be buying again.

    I had to return this TV because of volume issues. The volume didn't work on some of the apps such as Netflix. No sure why that was happening.

    Smashed screen, wouldn’t deliver a new one

    Unfortunately the TV was delivered with a smashed screen. Best Buy would not pick it up and deliver a new one because the tv was a smaller tv. 40 inches. What? So even tho none of this was our fault WE had to repack it, load it in the car and drive to return it ourselves to the nearest Best Buy. Unload it and take it in the store. And guess what? They didn’t have any in stock and would deliver a new one to us. Again , WHAT?! Crazy bad customer service.

    Same tvs but different versions

    Bought 2 exact same televisions but received 2 same brands but 2 different versions with different remotes...1 tv was based off of amazon fire and the other used Google tv

    Horrible tv

    Bought the TV and three months later ended up not working anymore. All it did was sit on a a tv stand would never buy this product again and would never recommend it to anyone. I really wish it would’ve happened sooner so I could return the product and have gotten my money back.

    Bummer TV

    I didn’t expect too much because this TV was on sale for $99.99. I just wanted a TV for my home office. I had it for a week. First set up was easy and Fire TV integration was seamless. The audio was like it came out of a tin can. Then the audio just stopped working period. I ended up returning it for an LG.

    Never have a chance to use, Tv turn on but many line on screen. I Return within 24 hours @ Tukwila Best Buy for a different Tv. But They said no exchange or return. Very bad return policy I would not recommended to shop @ Tukwila Bestbuy.
