Didn’t receive my order.

When I tried to contact Best Buy they don’t offer any help nor do they update me. They only ask me to cancel the order.

Don't buy

We got this for a early Christmas present for the kids. We were very disappointed. Besides these issues everything else was perfect.

The integration of QLED technology at this price point is remarkable; the colors are rich and bright, far exceeding what I expected from a 1080p set. The built-in Fire TV platform is snappy and easy to navigate. The voice remote with Alexa makes jumping straight into Netflix or Disney+ effortless, which is a huge convenience. While it’s not a high-end 4K model, the combination of excellent QLED color and the seamless smart TV interface makes it an unbeatable value.
