    Product has been good so far except for one complain at times the sound system doesn’t work and the tv just goes mute, I have to cut off the power supply and turn it back on before the sound starts working

    Picture is ok, didn't think I would ever be more sick of bloatware than buying a cheap computer but buying a cheap TV puts the bloatware issue on an entire new level. I remember making a speaker out of a mini-cereal box and a speaker out of a singing birthday card. This sounds worse, upsets me to no end that this is a consumer product sold next to real TVs. Use it as a screen to push photos in a corner to, but please, do not buy this as a regular tv you will actually use for anything more than limited use.

    This TV Is A Scam From Best Buy! DO NOT PURCHASE!

    This is the worst tv I've ever bought and I've never been treated so poorly by a company in my life! I will never buy from this trash company EVER again! The tv came with no feet, the sound resembles a tin can with a string attached to it and when you hook up any videogame console or blu-ray player, the screen is too big to fit on the tv. Even worse, there is NO OPTION to fix this! This tv only offeres preset screen size options. So I requested a return. I was told FedEx would come by and pick up the tv. After two days I contacted Best Buy to see what is going on, they told me I was on schedule with a pick up, no pickup. Contact them again, they said Fed Ex was coming...still nothing. The fourth time I contact them, I'm finally told no pickup was ever scheduled. So then a pick up is scheduled, but I never got a confirmation email (I checked my spam). Now I'm stuck in a blizzard and I'm going to be stuck with a TV I can't return and don't want because it will be past the return window. That is their real plan, lie about a product and igore you when you try to return it. I even called customer support about the tv, after running me through the menu options that aren't even on the tv (Best Buy doesn't know its own product) I was told to buy a different brand. When Best Buy tells you to buy something else...listen. I hate Best Buy, they stole from me, don't let them steal from you!

    TV color is good, but the sound keeps going out. We have to unplug the tv and plug it back in to get the sound to work.

    I went for cheap on this & I should have paid 10 more dollars for the insignia. TCL is inferior, cheap..remote broke within a week

    Instala is a problem that should not happen because of the wrong type of screw and the holes for screwing the stand are much too shallow so trying to screw them is virtually impossible.

    It didn’t come with a remote or instructions I know that’s normal but it still sucks . Wasn’t really impressed with the TV but it’s ok

    Stopped working 1month after purchase

    It worked great the first month then the wifi stopped working on it so we factory reset it but it made the problem worse now it only turns on and off. 1month one week after purchase.

    DO NOT BUY!!!! What a JOKE!

    Purchased this TV for kids room and 22 days later it stopped working and of course Best Buy will not return it or allow me to exchange it because it past the 15 return window. They assured me that TCL would assist me with a warranty and they are just as much of a joke as Best Buy is. I have other TCL tv’s and haven’t had any issues but I can assure you I will not be purchasing anymore TCL products in the future. What a joke Best Buy, I have spend thousands of dollars at your store and this is the customer service I get.
