    The remote does not have a voice command even though it has the mic button. Other then that it works pretty good for the price

    Very pleased with this TV. For a non-tech savvy person, it was very difficult to set up. but now that it's working, I'm enjoying it. I would like less treble and stronger bass tuning. But perhaps this is standard.

    Great replacement for my RV

    We had an older 720p 40" TV in our RV. This TV blows out the old one on detail and vividness. It's hard to get UHD in the 40" these days and this is about as good as you are going to get, especially at this price point!

    Love this smart tv. I even bought two. It could use a sound bar for a larger room.

    Really good tv for the price. Being a google tv, set up was simple, but required going through multiple permissions. My only real complaint with the UI is that if you pause a show for more than a minute, it kicks you back out to home. And the sound quality is pretty bland.

    Needed a relatively small TV for a guest bedroom to sit on top of a dresser. This model's stand width worked, it's sale price fit the budget and the function was identical to our other larger TCL TVs making the set up and use a snap.

    The hand control is difficult to hold, lacks a keyboard,easy to push the wrong button and go to a function you didn't want.

    Came in with the intention of buying a Roku TV and talked with the sales person about the TCL and the fabulous resolution it has and bought that TCL TV. Absolutely love it.

    TV is fine, installation on wall was terrific, however I had no idea I could not use airplay to cast my MAC screen onto the monitor. Tried to 'take it back' but was told I had to pay for the installation! I was a super loyal customer at Best Buy. I am more than discouraged!! I will not continue to spend the amount of money I have spent there is the past. I am not satisfied and feel badly treated!!

    Very poor WiFi receiver

    The picture quality was good but the WiFi receiver was so weak that it was impossible to make a connection. Other devices in the same room were getting over 25mb/sec wifi signal, but this set couldn't even see the same source. Returned.

    This was a purchase for my daughter at college. The TV had all the apps necessary and we were able to set up and go. Great!!!

    Too much buffering on start up

    I wanted to like this TV, but when I turn it on it buffers for way too long for me and then when it finally quits buffering it goes to the last program I was watching a day ago at the spot I turned the TV off a day ago.
