    E-waste from the get go.

    I bought this TCL TV specifically for my garage setup. I wanted something affordable to watch games and workouts while tinkering on projects—nothing fancy, just reliable. What a disaster. Out of the box, I mounted it on the garage wall, plugged it in, and… nothing. Completely black screen, no power indicator, no response whatsoever. It was DOA—straight e-waste before I even got to use it once.

    Overall lower quality tv but does the job. Picture is totally fine sound is a little rough though even after playing with the settings.

    Not a great product, very slow UI and it makes you pay for a subscription to use screen mirror and airplay super weird product.

    Worst TV ever!

    This is the worst tv I’ve ever owned. It forces you to use Google play, which doesn’t recognize streaming services purchased from any other platform. It doesn’t have a microphone on the remote, despite that being referred to in description and “support center.” It’s been 4 months of pure frustration. Someone needs to give me a refund.

    Ringing sound while OFF

    Works okay, slow, no apple airplay. Sleep timer is buried in the menu, no quick buttons. No backlight on remote. There is a constant ringing from the tv while powered off. Not many options for a 40 inch tv. The pioneer one i got first had a bad screen while streaming. Aggravating.

    Ok, kind of tinny sound & had to buy HDMI converter (2 items) in order to attach DVD/VHS player— thought it would come with everything needed, nope

    You can download certain apps ex. xfinity stream if you are ok without certain apps guess it’s an ok tv

    Only tv in my home that keeps losing connection to WiFi I’m going to try hooking up a Firestick to it hopefully that will work better

    complaint about the Geek Squad, not a product

    We had the Geek Squad come to set up our new TV set. They came, showed us some buttons to push on the clicker. When they had left we were no wiser. We still don't get the chanels we want.
