    It’s a decent TV for the price do yourself a favor and spend a few more books and get a real decent TV for the price. This one isn’t too bad but for another 5060 bucks you can get a real nice one.

    Came in with the intention of buying a Roku TV and talked with the sales person about the TCL and the fabulous resolution it has and bought that TCL TV. Absolutely love it.

    So far been feeling like this tv was good choice for my rv. Speakers are a little quiet on top end but they are good enough. Soundbar is also available

    TV is fine, installation on wall was terrific, however I had no idea I could not use airplay to cast my MAC screen onto the monitor. Tried to 'take it back' but was told I had to pay for the installation! I was a super loyal customer at Best Buy. I am more than discouraged!! I will not continue to spend the amount of money I have spent there is the past. I am not satisfied and feel badly treated!!

    On sale. Current TV is dying. Needed basic TV. Had to buy new HDMI cable (old one didn't work). Still have to use both TV remote & Spectrum remote. Picture could be sharper.

    So many things about this TV have been a big hassle, set up has been ridiculously counter-intuitive. It drops Wi-Fi so often which I've never had a problem in my home. Unfortunately, I came on the Best Buy website one day too late, after the return cut off, to begin the return process. So I'm stuck with this.

    I have to say, my experience with this TV has been disappointing. As someone who has enjoyed several TCL televisions over the years, I had high hopes for this QLED model. However, if you're tempted to buy it based solely on price, I'd strongly encourage you to invest a little extra in a 4K TV instead. While the colors are vibrant, the overall picture and sound quality leave much to be desired. I've also encountered significant video stuttering on YouTube and various apps when streaming in 1080p. Given that I own other TCL models that cost me less and perform far more smoothly, it's clear that this one doesn’t hold up to the brand’s usual standards. Save yourself the frustration and consider a better option!
