For a non-tech savvy person, it was very difficult to set up. but now that it's working, I'm enjoying it. I would like less treble and stronger bass tuning. But perhaps this is standard.

Great replacement for my RV

This TV blows out the old one on detail and vividness. It's hard to get UHD in the 40" these days and this is about as good as you are going to get, especially at this price point!

Ok tv

Absolutely love it.

Good...for the price

Works with most apps and smart home systems. Good picture quality for size and price. Cons - sound quality, missing some apps like spectrum, trys to sell you stuff all the time, remote is easily damaged and range is very short

Discouraged

Tried to 'take it back' but was told I had to pay for the installation! I was a super loyal customer at Best Buy. I am more than discouraged!! I will not continue to spend the amount of money I have spent there is the past. I am not satisfied and feel badly treated!!
