    complaint about the Geek Squad, not a product

    We had the Geek Squad come to set up our new TV set. They came, showed us some buttons to push on the clicker. When they had left we were no wiser. We still don't get the chanels we want.

    Not the correct size

    Had to return this as the mounting screws were in a totally different place than my bracket. They really should list what the mounting unit needs to be. I assumed they were all the same. They aren’t

You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance.     The tv gliches, and freezes alot! IThe sound is not foid I have to turn it up to 40+ just to be able to hear what Im watching.

    Perfect tv. The resolution is excellent. Easy to set up. You can customize your home screen and and so much more. TCL also gives you over 350 channels absolutely free, no music or "filler" channels in which they break it down by genere. With that feature alone, I cancelled my tv with subscriber. I've had my tv for a few months now and I'm so pleased with my purchase. So pleased, I bought another one for my elderly mother.
