Not very often but it happens. Also, one time I turned it off but the sound kept playing. Like the little night light that comes on when you turn the TV off. Picture is good. Sound is good. Definitely gets a lot of use.

Picture quality is quite good, sound isn't bad at all and despite accidentally being knocked off of my TV stand twice now on to the floor it still works like new. Most LED TVs just even a small a small drop or knock over once and you ruin the entire screen inside.

Good TV with cheap price

Easy setup, and picture quality is very good. Love the fact that it easily connects to all my streaming services and works with Alexa and Google assistant. Priced right and feature packed.

Super pleased with my purchase. The picture quailty is excellent and I already had a sound bar ( also TCL ) and hooked it up. It sounds great and perfect set up for the right price. Best Buy always does me right and couldn’t be happier.
