Is it the best picture ever? No, but then again, for the price you cant beat it. I also like that it's not as sluggish as some of the other Fire Tv's Ive used in the past. Took about 10min to set up and download updates. After that, we were good to go.

The only problem I have is that, if the remote is missed placed, it can only power on manually, but there are no buttons on the TV to navigate between channels or volume.

Finally Opened

I am not a huge tv person hence why I finally opened it March 31,2025. As someone who is not a handy person, the tv stands were easy to put together and easy to connect to WiFi. I’m looking forward to watching the tv during my down time. This 40 inch tv is a comfortable size for a bedroom/ living room setup.

Great TV for the money

Perfect picture quality and size. Very happy it’s a Fire TV also! Only issue is the sound isn’t very good but I fixed that issue by purchasing a small Saiyin Sound Bar from Amazon for $30. Now the TV and the sound are amazing.

It won’t pair with my DIRECTV remote to work the volume though. Remote is too old so not the tvs fault. For the money you can’t beat it. Got the two year service plan and still saved a bunch from the Samsung it replaced.
