    The tv itself is good quality. The flaw is in light at the bottom of the tv that only comes on when the TV is off. The light cannot be disabled or turned off and if you cover it, you cover the sensor and cannot operate the tv. If the TV is in a bedroom and you like to sleep in total darkness, this is not the tv for you. Wish I had known before purchasing.

    Best Buy: Gainesville, FL The tv is great. The in store customer service was GOD AWFUL!! The manager's mouth was very spicy. It was brought to his attention that he wasnt checking ID's when customers were picking up their orders. He was only checking the BLACK peoples ID's. He was like this is MY store and i do what i want. Very racist behavior. When i called to report it. Theres noone that picks up the phone.

    This TV has a great picture quality and with FIRETV built in there’s no need for the Firestick. There’s 2 HDMI ports and one with arc.
