    Are these reviews paid for? Because I don't know how anyone can say this is a great TV. I had an issue with the first one I bought with the volume..it would go DOWN all the time and sound really muttled! It would happen quite frequently, so it was really annoying. I returned and the guy at the store convinced me I must have a bad one. So I ended up exchanging for the same TV and it does the EXACT same thing! Not worth my time I have spent on this TV and now I have to return it again!
