    Picture and Quality is good. The sound has been an issue. Sometimes the TV has to be restarted for sound to work

    Tv is overall good for the price. There have been times where the tv will lock up and i have to unplug/plug it back in, in order to get it working again.

    Was worth the $100 sale for this one. Mounted the tv in our pool table area. Picture ain’t the best and size a little small but it does the job

    There is some problem with sound. Every few days the sound stops working and we have to unplug and plug the tv back in for it to work. Other than that TV is finde

    It is a great tv but I'm having trouble with the volume and I need to do reset on settings to get it to work again.

    This is a perfectly good, near perfect TV for a bedroom, child's room or any room that doesn't require a lot of bells and whistle. Since it comes with Firestick installed it is perfect for those who stream (like me). I use it in my bedroom and for the price it could not be more perfect.

    Bought 3 of those (32, 55, 55) and this one. It was given to senior users and was set up for them to able to watch iWant (like Netflix) It's reliable, so far I encountered few problems because they can't do it by themselves like entering passwords, log-ins

    For $106 I have no complaints. Nice picture, the Fire OS is a little slow but for $106 it's acceptable. The sound, like all TVs today is tinny but I have a sound bar. Would buy again for 99.99 on sale

    Damaged TV, Poor Support

    Ordered TV during the holiday season for guest room/nursery. Performed the final touches on the room and put up a wall mount with my step father. Connected the TV to the mount and noticed multiple cracks in the screen and damage. Contacted Best Buy support to be told it is outside of the 30 day window for a return/replacement. Long time customer but will not be any longer. Make sure to open the package right away and remove all protective coatings and other items even if you do not plan to install is the lesson I guess.

All of our TVs and packing are designed to withstand the rigors of shipping, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We take great measures to ensure that the TVs we send out are in great working condition. With situations like this, we encourage you to check with the retailer you purchased from to see if they cover this type of issue with the TV. Additionally, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Hope this helps!
