    The picture is fine, as well as the features. The problem is the software. The tv would increase to max volume without any prompt, or it would start browsing really quickly thorough all of the options on the screen. The remote also doesn't always work and I need to remove and put back the batteries at time. I bought it for my daughter and she absolutely hates the tv and all the quirks that it does for no reason.

    Love this TV, just what I needed. I purchased the Toshiba one first but you can’t put all of the streaming apps on it so I took it back and bought this one. Love it!

    Great Smart TV overall, only issue is when you open an app and turn the tv off and then turn it on it doesn’t go back to Home Screen it remains in the last app you opened.

    If you buy this TV, here is what you need to know: Settings > Device & Software > Restart You are going to have to restart this TV regularly. It will lose sound, get frozen, randomly lose our your saved log-ins, etc and the solution for all of it is to reset your TV. So it works and the picture is decent, but I wouldn't buy a TCL TV again.

    This is an Ok Bedroom TV for the price. It has good picture and the addition of Alexa and firetv makes it a decent bedroom tv. However when the tv is turned off there is a super bright light on the bottom frame that cannot be turned off. I had to cover it with a piece of black tape. The sound is pretty bad. Not many options to choose from to adjust it. If not for the low price I would return it.
