    Bought this tv as a Christmas gift. It is not easy to use it if is not used as a smart tv. Connected to good old cable tv , doesn’t hold channels list, , needs to be done the scanning of channels too often to be able to enjoy watching tv since it takes too long. Disappointed that as easy as it should’ve been it is way more complicated to use it.

    Customer reviews of TCL TV's were okay. Couldn't get the Spectrum remote to program with the TCL product. Spectrum tech said that none of the TCL TV's work with Spectrum's remote control units. Best Buy salespeople should have been aware of that problem. Exchanged TV for Samsung set. Works perfectly.
