    It hurt. Felt like it was burning my retinas. Just a piercing brightness that could not be adjusted to stop the pain. Also the resolution made everything a little blurry. Had to return it.

    Open-Box Issues

    I purchased this open-box TV and have yet been able to use it. When I first set it up, it auto-logged me into someone else's Amazon account. I was not able to remove that user without ding a factory reset. This fixed the auto-Amazon login problem, however it did not allow me to do a set-up once the factory re-set was complete. My only options at this point are to "unmount" the wall mounted TV and lug it into Best Buy, or call it a $200 loss. I'm leaning toward writing it off as it appears Best Buy is not willing to stand by their Open-Box TV's unless the customer does all of the work

    Worst tv I’ve ever bought. Replaced less than a year later. Had to constantly unplug to reset the tv for it to work. Will not purchase this brand again

    Good While It Lasted

    I want to love this television but it had lines and a half black screen writhing 45 days. It was a Christmas gift for my significant other. This did not do over well as it was already wall mounted and was an extremely inconvenience. I will Not purchase TCL again.

    Not bad for what I paid for it! Paid 100 on a Black Friday deal! Sound stops working every once in a while, I have to unplug the tv and plug it back in for it to start working again! Overall not bad for 100 bucks

    It won't power up.

    It will not power up, so I can't review it. I didn't try to use it until past the return window. That's on me. Now I have a TV that costs less than a repair would cost. I learned my lesson. I will not buy reconditioned products in the future.

    Having issues with the hdmi ports. Called regarding issues, tech informed me that issue would be handled. Three weeks later i've heard nothing from Best Buy. No service assistance , and No Refund. Just nothing!

    Customer Dissatisfaction/Horrible Customer Service

    Best Buy has the worst customer service. Zero help and you can’t even talk to someone at a store on the phone. I was on the phone for 1hr 45 min, talked to 9 agents and got no answers. Everyone sounds like there in a different country and can’t barely understand them, most don’t know what they are doing, they just keep repeating their self’s like they are reading from a script. Best Buy lost a customer today, never supporting Best Buy again. Strictly for how I was treated and the customer service I received. Canceled my membership and hope I don’t get any more emails from them.

    I bought this open box and without a remote. The employee told me that any TCL, Amazon Fire TV, or Universal remote would work. He was wrong. I ended up returning it

    Where is my TV?

    Ordered this TV almost an entire month ago. Still have not received it in the mail yet. Went to a Best Buy store and they told me there is nothing they can do to help. Says the TV was shipped and there is no tracking info available. I am out $107 now and have no TV. Very bad service from Best Buy

    Tv is slow

    Tv is very slow. Navigating the menus takes forever, whenever I turn the tv on it says network connection lost. When I check network settings, it says I’m connected. So why is connection lost? Would not recommend. If you need a cheap tv in a pinch, fine, but you get what you pay for.

    Worst TV ever purchased. The sound hasn't worked properly since the first month. Purchased Geek Squad Protectio but the refuse to help because it's under TCL Warranty. The TCL repair/replacement process has taken 5 months to resolve.

    We bought this tv for our daughter and it was the worst! We constantly had to reset it becasue the spund would just randomly stop working for no reason. Even after getting a second one it still did it so we ended up just getting rid of it and getting her something else instead.
