Disgusting customer service

I bought 2 TV's online and after I mounted one of the TV to the wall and it wasn't working, the screen had some line in it . I returned the TV to the Best Buy in Attleboro Massachusetts and they didn't wanna take it back while I paid for insurance on it and the TV didn't have any physical damage... it's better for yall to take people money but when the customer encounter certain issues they can't get help for the service they paid for ... it's a shame really

You get what you pay for

Keeps losing sound!

The TV keeps losing sound and I am not sure why! I have to unplug the tv so that the sound can come back. Also, when the tv goes to sleep, sometimes the remote does not turn it back on!!! Very unhappy!

Status Bar Light

No sound!

Have to unplug tv and plug back in after 5 minutes or so and then sound works again till it doesn’t. This started happening less than a month after we hooked it. Very frustrating and irritating.

Just a piercing brightness that could not be adjusted to stop the pain. Also the resolution made everything a little blurry. Had to return it.

Not worth the buy

The sound quality was awful. It was like listening to audio from a tin can. I had return the television.

Open-Box Issues

When I first set it up, it auto-logged me into someone else's Amazon account. I was not able to remove that user without ding a factory reset. This fixed the auto-Amazon login problem, however it did not allow me to do a set-up once the factory re-set was complete. My only options at this point are to "unmount" the wall mounted TV and lug it into Best Buy, or call it a $200 loss. I'm leaning toward writing it off as it appears Best Buy is not willing to stand by their Open-Box TV's unless the customer does all of the work

Sound stops working every once in a while, I have to unplug the tv and plug it back in for it to start working again! Overall not bad for 100 bucks
