    I bought this during the Black Friday sale, but I was never contacted for the delivery, and the item was being returned to sender, when I contacted the carrier to cancel the return I was told that BestBuy is taking back all these orders and that cancelling the return was not possible, when I contacted BestBuy customer support I was told to re-purchase the item at its now increased cost at 30% more than what it was during the sale.

    It will play two different shows sounds at once while only showing one show and not let me close the apps without restarting the entire tv. Happens every week almost..

    Horrible rules and the time it takes to get my tv

    You needed my ID for a tv I purchased in full online that’s crazy. I had the cancel the order wait for my money back and then re buy it and send someone to pick it up, wack.

    Large cloud in middle of screen on multiple units

    I really wanted this TV to work out for me. In the end, I exchanged the original TV thinking it was probably just that one unit that had an issue. Unfortunately, the 2nd TV was even worse. Both sets had a large cloud in the dead center of the screen. So, I returned it and bought elsewhere.

    The TV doesn’t turn on stay on standby mode

    This tv don’t turn on again after the first day of set up. It’s still on standby mode up-to-date. I keep on trying turning it on and off but still on standby mode.. is a very bad investment

    Open Right Away or Buy Protection Plan

    I bought this TV for someone as a gift and unfortunately the TV was damaged out of the box. The recipient did not open the TV until the Super Bowl and with the time that has passed , the warranty has expired. No help being offered by TCL. Get that protection plan if you think the person you are buying this for won't open it right away.

    ordered this TV on a Saturday night. The following (Sunday) morning I receive a text saying the item was returned to the store!??? How? Why? okay so ship another one! Nope we already started your refund and that was 17 days ago! I will never order online from BB again! This was the worst customer service experience that i never needed to have. Thanks for nothing!

    Nice tv other than the sound kept quitting on us and would have to continually unplug it, wait a bit, then plug it back in and start over for it to work again. Very frustrating!!!

    Purchased this TV on January 29, 2024. The sound has been been going intermittently in/out for weeks. It has gone completely silent as of yesterday. There was only a two week return window, I will never buy another TCL product.
