Decent TV for the price

Prefer Roku over google or fire os but this is not a bad TV. Great for a kids bedroom. Price is a great value but if you plan to game or want a higher quality picture you will have to go more expensive for this. Bottom line you're getting good value on the price but might be worth it to spend a little more to get a TV with a higher quality panel. No issues after a few months of using this Tv.

Great tv but not so great sound quality

It was easy to set up and I am not tech savvy at all My only complaint and reason for less than 5 Stars is the sound quality. It has a tinny sound I tried adjusting the bass and treble but it doesn’t help much. I will have to purchase a small sound bar which I didn’t really want to do

Always end up having to push the button on the remote 3-4 times for it to turn on. Also lags a bit when navigating menus.

Has a great picture, easy to setup and watch. The sound is good for a TV. This is great for a bedroom. Very happy with the TV and the great deal we got from Best Buy!

Picture is great quality and interface is user friendly. Would need to add a sound bar for larger rooms. Good value for the price!

When it works IT WORKS!

The volume randomly goes out, the tv freezes a lot and you have to unplug at least once a day to reboot it. I guess you get what you pay for but for $100 who is complaining lol.

Good TV for the price

This TV comes with FireTV. The TV being replaced had an Amazon firestick so this TV eliminates the need for the firestick. The good: - Very good picture - Easy to set up with my Amazon, Netflix, Sling, and Apple TV accounts The bad: - Speakers - sounds like the audio is coming out of a little box. I am going to get a soundbar to see if it improves the audio - For some reason, sometimes when we turn the TV on, it goes to Netflix and we can't get it to exit out. We have to disconnect the power to the TV to reset it. This is not our primary TV so we will put up with it for now.
