    It is not as smooth as Onn TV's; it malfunctions sometimes. When you turn on the speaker, it will not work, and you have to turn it on and off or unplug and plug it again. I tried to look for an exchange or return, but, this best buy offers only 15 days of exchange with the product, which is bad.

    Experience in the store was OK. The girl that works in the TV department was busy so another gentleman came over and helped us. He was ok but may need a little polishing when it comes to customer service.
