Wonderful for the price. Can’t get any better and cheaper than this. The quality of the picture is just fine!

Problem right from Jump St. Random p/u & delivery co said p/u in am, but delivery the following day. Not to mention this "delivery" co. reviews never exceeded 3 stars. All of this dwarfs all searches coming back w/o recognizing co. or the few were customers putting this co. on blast. To make a long story even longer, set aside all I said for a minute. I purchased this open box TCL TV for just under $150 a few months ago. Before 60 days of ownership, I began having technical issues i.e. screen began pixeling while using my dig.antenna. This was followed by black screen of death. So, I went online & before I find anything a price$$ caught my eye after I mistakenly clicked on my TV instead of a newer model. Although, my mistake briefly showed my TVs new price including open box prices. I was getting frustrated w/what I saw, but then the original cost of my TV come up I really hit the ceiling. Original price of any item is one price, the same price, the only price which should not change ever. So, when I'm seeing the original price as being far less than what I paid for an open boxed unit I was very upset. If that wasn't enough, every price was less than I paid & a few close to 50% less. I would appreciate the opportunity to come back to my store & speak with someone in the retention department or similar. I needed a new TV asap b/c my Vizio needed a T-Con board finally after almost 14yrs. It had those first gen. apps called V.I.A TCL TVs are better TVs than their price points say. Sometimes a def. product gets through quality control or an open box. My review shouldn't be labeled as a negative of the product itself or even of Best Buy. Whenever I need something electronic, Best Buy is my go too & I don't believe this will ever change. Lastly, like I had mentioned I would really appreciate it Best Buy would please reach out to me via email, mobile phone, or on the app. Thank you, KJ

Great picture - a little glitchy at times with the apps

The clarity, color, size, almost everything is perfect. The only "flaw" is that I use a Roku remote and the TCL tv will not pair up with the Roku so that I can control everything with only one remote. Any chance there is a change in the offing?

Tv showes great. Even though it was an Open Box item it come with all items. Easy set up, sounds and looks amazing. Very satisfied

I needed a larger size tv for the guest bedroom and this fit the bill. It set up easily, the size was perfect for the area and the price was very fair.

I purchased this TV for my daughter and she really likes it. We own a couple other TCL TVs and they’ve served us well. This TV is better in my opinion.

It's a Beautiful tv. The color is better than the one it replaced. The bezel is so small I can fit it in a entertainment center with a 35.5" opening. My big complaint is the lack of video input buttons. To switch inputs you have to open the source and click through. I'm going to have to junk my Logitech Harmony remotes because I can't setup macros to switch between all my devices. It's a fine tv for people with boring setups, but it's going to be a pain for me.

The TCL 40" Smart TV has performed as expected. The picture provides a clear image. The sound is great and the unit is easy to operate. In my mind the image quality is as good as other more expensive sets.

Very good Google TV for the price. The picture is great and the ability to load apps form the Google Play store is a bonus. The only drawback is the built-in speakers are very tinny sounding. A cheap soundbar makes a huge difference in sound quality. Even with the addition of a soundbar the cost vs performance ratio is great.

Great Fire TV for the price and features. Picture and sound are both good on the 50” version that still has local dimming. Some infrequent blooming but overall another TV that proves less dimming zones isn’t a detriment with proper processing. Peak brightness isn’t as high as more expensive TV’s but is still noticeable with HDR content and very acceptable at this price. HDR10, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision IQ all work well with good brightness range and color volume. Note: no Dolby Atoms for sound. I knew this, my TV is wall mounted high and tilted down slightly in a small bedroom and I have no need for a sound bar.

Works great for my office space! I just wanted a small TV in my office while I work. Very easy setup, clear picture, a little delayed when trying to select apps, but its okay. For the price I paid, I love it!

Absolutely amazing for the price. I use this for my mancave while gaming and streaming. Easy to set up google t.v. Pairs effortlessly with my other google products.
