    Ok for the price

    This tv is a decent smart tv and holds up pretty well. The google tv aspect is great but the tv it’s does have some issues, for instance, there were a few times I had to turn the tv off and back on because the sound wasn’t working.

    Nice picture with HDR... Google TV is easy to use

    I bought this TV to replace a 2016 Insignia Roku TV which had weak wifi and was very slow. I had been using a Google Chromecast so setting this TV up many of the apps and configurations were ported over without a fuss. The speakers are weak in sound (no bass), so I recommend a sound bar connected via optical cable (but I may switch to ARC soon). I do wish this unit had a third HDMI input and came with an AV RCA adapter (for legacy DVD or VCR). My only other complaint is that my Spectrum RC122 remote doesn't work on this unit (however I just tried the XUMO stream box and that remote controls the TV just fine). Short of 4K having HDR on this TV is nice. Both NetFlix and Prime play content in HDR just fine on this TV.

    Bought this as a Christmas gift for my best friends mom. Very nice tv with great picture and makes it easier for her since it has all the streaming apps right on the screen! Would recommend for someone looking for a medium sized tv with great quality

    I purchased this TV to replace a smaller Roku TV. All of my smart TV has been Roku, however, I am not happy with particular one because it does not close my apps properly. Sometimes 2 channels are playing at the same time. I would not recommend this model.

    Piece of complicated crap that didn't work right.

    The salesmen assured me that I could easily mirror my iphone to this tv. Well, it doesn't. TCL tech support didn't even have a clue how to make this happen. The other salespeople in the tv department just told me to download an app. When I went to return it, the guy at the Geek squad told me exactly what to do, and it works with mediocrity. Why didn't the salesmen tell me? I had to drive across town 4 times to finally get a decent question answered. If it weren't for the cheap price I would have returned it for good. And what a piece of crap it is. The remote is not intuitive at all, and everything it tied up in apps and agreements. I just wanted to watch tv with an antennae, and mirror my iphone or ipad. Finally - there are some really nice and helpful people that work there at Best Buy. I wish I could have found them.

    I bought this tv the other week for my son cause he really wanted one for his new room. I didn't even know google made tv's and I wish I knew sooner. The amount you can do with this thing is awesome, it's essentially a giant phone on the wall.
