    Works as it should. Picture looks very nice. Only complaint would be the speakers. Poor quality sound. I put a cheap sound bar on it and it’s much better.

    quality of product is good. customer service at this store sucks. i had to search and pull the product. then i had to search for a cart. when i approached the checkout, i was rudely directed to customer service desk. then the rude and obnoxious clerk told me to bring the cart around an aisle that was cluttered with boxes of merchandise that the cart would not fit ! i will add that she was playing with her phone and not helping the "line of customers " in her imagination. i was the only customer in site. she went back to playing with her phone and another associate rang up my sale.

  • Buyer Beware.

    Do not buy. I bought this tv for my granddaughter for Xmas. She's had it a month and black and white lines started appearing up and down on her screen about 2/3 of the way across. Because it happened two weeks after the extended Xmas return, BestBuy refused to exchange it. I was told to contact TCL. We forwarded all the info they requested. The response I got was that they weren't going to honor the warranty because they determined there is a cracked case. There has been no damage to the tv while she has had it and she finds no physical damage to it, so how anyone could make that kind of a determination without a physical inspection is beyond me. This is obviously just a way to avoid honoring their warranty.

    The TCL TV was recommended to me by an BestBuy employee. According to him, the TCL TV is what the NFL uses and it's a Google TV. I bought TV and I'm very pleased with the quality and sound. Great TV at a low cost.
