  • Great TV For Gaming and Regular Programming

    I bought this TV for gaming and it is terrific. The remote and menu system need more work. The solar powered remote is a small plastic piece that feels very cheap. The menu system is challenging and Samsung overall interface is annoying b. As a gaming TV or regular TV, this is well done and I am very happy with my purchase.

    It's Really Great I download on different kind of apps that I need and also has that cable with the TV which I watch. It has an excellent feature. and I joined it to wash every single day.

    Certainly not the quality screen I anticipated. If too far on side cant even see. Im not a big tv watcher so its ok enough as was limited with size to fit in cabinet..and seems bigger screens better. Had a Vizio before which died one day after 14/15 years. That was a way better screen. Was a path of least resistance choice as in stock/available.

    The setup was easy,and I like tcl tvs. Very nice format ,its my first google tv also .I do like having child profiles and parental filters ...Plus it has beautiful wallpapers built in ...great buy for my money

    I purchased this TV because it had good reviews on different websites. It has a good picture & great price. The programing is very awkward & difficult to use. I follow directions well. There're aren't any. Contacting support I was told it was a smart TV, not a dummy TV. I disagree. The control has no numbers. You can't just enter the channel. Page up & down doesn't exist. That means you must go thru the channels 1 at a time. I have 65 local channels. TCL TV has 250. When you go from local to TCL TV, it always takes you to the beginning. No original programming or channels. Then there's Apple TV. It takes much too long to go thru the channels. Samsung has much better programming & Samsung TV is fantastic. Waste of money.

It can also be used to fast forward/rewind. And the center select/ok button to confirm selections or pause content. There is also a diagram of the remote explaining all of the buttons in the included Quick Start Guide.   • Couldn't sync the remote to TV

    Disappointed with this TV. In attempting to sync the comcast remote it wouldn't sync. I called TCL and their instructions didnt work. Comcast, our supplier, came to set it up and couldnt. The TV wouldnt hold the sync. Everytime I turned off the TV the next time I turned it on I had to manually sync again.
