    I purchased this tv back in November of 2023. Sometimes I have to cut it off and turn it back on to get it to work properly. Sometimes it comes on and the sound is off. It’s not everyday but it is at least once a week.

  • Volume doesn’t work and TCL support is awful

    The volume on my television stops working intermittently. The problem has been happening since i bought the TV. Since it has only been a few months it is still under the manufacturer warranty. TCL support is horrible and they do not stand behind their products. Every time i call about the problem they make me jump through a million hoops and they still have not fixed the television. I will never purchase another TCL Google TV.
