    Worst customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is about customer service. Had problems with the tv shortly after getting. I had problems with scrolling through channels and then it just freezing up. Briefly spoke with BestBuy customer service and was transfered to TCL support. Whoever I spoke with obviously was just reading from a script. After 1hour and 33 minutes on the phone, nothing was resolved. They wanted me to take a video of the problem and send it to them. I had informed them that it did not happen all the time. What did they want me to do, set up a camera, lay in bed and start videoing every time I wanted to change a channel? I allways believed customer service was to help resolve problems, not ignore them and hope they go away. Never again will I buy a TCL product. I guess if I have a problem, I will just have consider it a loss.

    The Tv is good overall however, this brand of tv is not compatible with the Spectrum App, I wish I would have known that prior to making the purchase. Other than that, it’s a good tv for a lower price.

    It is a good tv. I like the hdr feature the content looks great on it. You just have to adjust the picture setting to you liking though.

    The absolute cheapest garbage tv out there. The opearting system is glitchy, wi-fi connectivity and streaming is unbearable, apps constantly crash and kick you out, menu layouts are awful and takes 6 sub menus to reach a sleep timer, google tv but isnt able to be turned on by a google nest device, its just the worst. I have a 16 year old emerson tv that I would use in preference over this tv.

    Horrible quality. The image freezes up. When you watch the TV from the sides, at an angle, the image looks too bright and distorted. The remote control lacks the most fundamental features all other remotes have, i.e. channel up/channel down button. Worst sound and picture I’ve seen. Then again, you get what you pay for. You’re better off buying a better brand, and spending that extra $50.

The S350G does not currently support AirPlay. This TV does support casting from IOS devices. However, there may be a limitation depending on the IOS app you are casting from.

    The picture quality is pretty bad and its gotta be the worst sound I've ever heard come out of a TV. I know its on the cheaper side of TVs but its still pretty bad.
