    Reacts slower than what other brands do with remote - sleep timer is difficult to set - have to go thru 3 steps…

    An "unhappy" birthday

    So I thought I was getting a deal I got the excellent condition open box 40 inch TCL and when I got it it wasn't packaged it all it had one piece of bubble wrap around it and once I got home I seen it it had a big crack in it and came with no remote so I was very unhappy usually I'm very happy with Best buy

    You get what you pay for.

    The picture quality is subpar and the sound quality is not great either. I tried to return the TV but I didn't realize the return policy at Best Buy was only 10 days so we're stuck with it.

    Unsatisfied with service provided by sales reps

    I purchased an open box item. Apparently it wasn’t completely nor thoroughly inspected because the remote needs to be exactly under the power button in order for it to work. Fortunately, I don’t have a lot of time to return it so I’m having to just deal with it my mistake.

    Some Apps don't work with Google TV. Otherwise a good TV for the money.

    This tv screen came damaged out of original box..the display at the store had the best picture out of 5 other tvs displayed for that size..that was the reason for the original choice.
