    There is nothing to review. The TV had a defect. returned to BB the next day. There was a pencil size light shining through the screen, probably one of the LED's. One gets what they pay for. One should do themselves as favor and stick w/either Sony, Vizio or Samsung.

    Freezing issues

    One week usings this TV. I find the pictures quality is ok. This unit is right next to a router but the tv connection is very weak hulu and disney both freeze. My old tv would not freeze and that tv was from 2013. Other than that is not a bad buy for the price.

    I want a refund

    The tv lost vidio after several weeks. Your store assistant lifted it out of the box when i returned it while placing both thuumbs on the corners of the screen. The screen cracked. She said that i did it. I left the store without a tv or my money. The store security video will show this occurance.

    The tv is bad quality. It freezes and lags bad. The only way I can stream is using my gaming system. It crashes constantly and I have to completely reset the tv system a lot.

    It’s hard to turn back on and also to scroll it jumps back and forth among the app selections. It’s too late to return it- a flaw w Best Buy. Had I used it more frequently at first I would have returned it in time.

    Chromecast doesn't work

    Purchased purely for Chromecast to cast PC screen. It simply doesn't work. Was able to get it to cast screen at lower resolution (lower than 1080) but there was a TWO MINUTE DELAY in the screen updates rendering it totally useless. It simply fails to deliver on listed features.

    Google TV is Horrible

    The TV is good and at a good price. Google TV is horrible though, just set this up and it took over an hour (after the Tav was physically set up) due to extremely slow updates. Once it was set up some apps wouldn’t sign in (Disney+, not exactly a small service) and had slowness with the UI. I didn’t want a google TV and I will pay significantly more to not get one in the future. I’d take Roku, Fire and even WebOS over google.

    I live the TCL Roku TVs but the google tv platform is difficult to set up. The tv took a long time to download. The Roku TV platform is fast and easy to set up.

    One of the bust buy workers to me that TCL was a good TV! I was there to buy a new tv, I listen to this guy and bought a TCL tv. Awful TV the worst Do you self a favor don't buy a TCL tv

    Bought as inexpensive for an office and guest room. No sleep timer, cannot adjust the brightness (to bright at night) WiFi signal is weak. Samsungs further away run better

    ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! Do not buy under any circumstances. It takes 4-5 times to start. When it does, the audio doesn’t work…restart to obtain audio. On the other hand, twice the TV has turned on in the middle is the night (2:00 and 3:30 AM). Picture quality is so-so. The worst TV I have purchased in 50 years.
