    This tv has the worst sound I’ve ever heard on a tv. Sounds like it’s inside a tin can. I’ve changed all the different audio settings and it never sounds good.

    Underrated Great looking TV with all the features you would expect from a modern high quality TV. A little time consuming setting up all the apps and features, but the value and again quality make it all worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great TV. The guest service I received at Best Buy was impeccable. I ordered online and when I went to pick up it wasn't ready though I was told it was. Being disappointed of course I rose the issue with pickup service and they jumped on it right of way with no hesitation, apologizing several times though NOT needed it just showed that they cared. After about 15 min wait they came through. It was seamless and they did a great job. I WILL definitely going back when I'm ready for another purchase. Thanks Best Buy!

    Needed a large screen for building plans for my computer. This TV does not dissapoint. Sharp picture, easy setup and responsive. Since I am only using this for a monitor, I cant speak to the functionality of the fire tv lortion of it. However for the price, I would highly recommend this TV.
