This tv has the best clear picture of any that ive bought. If i had to i would and probably will buy it again.

I always wanted a smart TV, this purchase was wonderful, I was looking through all of them, for the price the picture is wonderful, and the ability to download several TV, Movie, and shows from my favorite streaming companies! I would so recommend this particular one.

Overall a good quality TV. The bad: 1) Tinny sound, took a lot of tweaking to get it to sound acceptable. 2) The remote control gets confused on which button is pushed (not too often, so only mildly annoying).

Pretty good for a small cheap TV for the kitchen. Not a huge fan of the UI but maybe it will grow on me. Picture is fine, its good for a little TV up on my kitchen wall.

i have owned this tv for three days. it is a joke. do not recommend this thing to a friend, unless you do not want to be friends with that person anymore. be forewarned. this thing is one step above 'junk.' all those giving this tv good reviews and saying 'user friendly' are inaccurate. i am willing to bet that they did not want to replace a tv, but wanted something that would show them stuff on something bigger than their phone. it will do that. your trouble will start soon after you take it out of the box. (oddly enough, the box was easy to cut open. we removed the styrofoam, with the legs and stuff, and then lifted the tv out of the box. lying in the second piece of styrofoam was an empty 4oz bag of "welch's juicefuls...juicy fruit snacks." totally serious. can you even get those in viet nam?) plugging it in is the first mistake, because the software nightmare begins. select language et al, blah, blah, blah. set up google tv? no thanks. basic tv, ok. then it is wifi. no getting beyond that and the password entry with the remote is near impossible. can't skip it. can't go back. didn't want wifi anyway. the only way to continue was to install an ethernet cable from the modem/router. but with every failure at any step, you must unplug the tv, because trying to restart by turning it off will take you back to the fail; it does not turn off and it hates you. unplug it to really restart. now it's time for the hdmi from the cable box. without any thought or reason, we put it in the arc capable jack. it could not find the signal. (the arc input is hdmi 2.) as it continued it's hateful behavior, we decided to try changing the hdmi input (last resort.) but we had to unplug the tv to get it to really start over (chose language, blah, blah, blah again.) finally, picture! now it is channel controlled by the cable box, volume by the remote. at first, volume did not work, we had to pair it with the tv. whatever... i don't really want it to be connected to the internet, but i haven't removed the cable. who knows what evil would befall me then. dont get me started on the garbage speakers installed in this thing. those hate you too. with the out-of-box settings, they are super tinny. no bass whatsoever. good luck with adjustments. those took the second day to find, since user manuals for this monster are forbidden at tcl. set the sound to "movie." to discover this, you have to use the three line menu button on the remote, go all the way over to settings, do "ok", "display & sound", "audio", "sound mode", movie says "enhanced bass..." all the others take you back to tinny. keep moving the highlight while you read. the thing times out in seconds, and you have to start over. the point of the project was to replace my mostly broken, ancient plasma tv. we wanted to get it done for the sunday night football game. we started around 4:30 pm. we missed about 45 mins. of the game. imagine how proud we were to finally be allowed watch the game going into the half. sadly, jimmy carter died that day so we watched that and then went back to the game. all the while, this evil machine sat there, laughing at us. someday when i really want to waste a lot of time, i will take some guesses at the google tv part of the thing, since no manual exists for it and google instructions are worded as if you've done all of it twice before. i greatly dislike google, best buy and tcl more than before for putting me through this ordeal. it was like being put in front of Jesus' judgement. i did not do well. but it was cheap.

Unit was packaged very good. Workmanship on the TV seems to be excellent. The remote seem to be very complete in detail for what I was trying to achieve. Picture quality was excellent. Sound was excellent also very happy with my purchase.

I upgrade my TV from a 32 inch to a 40 inch. This is one of the best moves I made I’m loving everything about the 40 inch TV!!!

Is a great tv for the price. Was easy to pickup order and the tv was easy to setup.

Great picture!! A little hard to figure channels and apps

Perfect TV for my daughter’s dorm room. It has a great picture and has all the apps she needed. It was very easy to set up and came very well packaged.

It’s a good tv for the price. Roku makes it easy to Maneuver your apps. Game wise, Graphics are decent.

My TV is great quality and the customer service was excellent when I picked it up.

My nephew loves it! He loves how clear and bright the screen is. He says its perfect for his gaming.
