    Google TCL 1080HD.. Yea ok whatever u say

    This Google TCL has terrible picture quality it doesnt even look like 1080HD. My Roku TCL which by the way is over 4 years old has much better picture quality and i paid way less for it than i did the google TCL even the pluto powered Visio i brought in to be repaired had way better picture quality.. I honestly feel i got ripped off considering they gave me two choices and i said i wantes the other choice and yet 3 hours go by and they still werent bringing up the other option instead they were ringing up this tv. Yeah im definietly not a fan of google or best buy r geek squad atm. Sorry but this tv is really quite bad. Pictures blurry so bad it looks like an old school low definition picture quality. No offense.

    Don't buy TCL

    My TCL is just junk. It shuts down if you select operations too quickly. It reminds me okd Tandy computers. Very minimal technology and not worth the money. Although they're inexpensive, they simply are not worth buying. Spend the extra few dollars to get much higher quality.

    Buyer Beware

    Purchased based on high review rating, however after two months, the TV picture periodically freezes while the audio continues to work fine - even changing the channel work for sound - with the frozen picture intact from the previous channel. Remote does nothing to fix, so you have to manually get up and go to the TV and physically unplug, wait then plug back in and go through the entire set-up process each time. This is very annoying and unacceptable for any TV that you pay money for.

    Not a BestBuy!

    Might be a Best Buy, but don't buy. You'll have more issues than you bargin for. Customer service from TCL is the pits. The TV will freeze within 5 months and you will have to call to trouble shoot. The IR will give out in about 14 months which is after the warranty period. If you didn't extend, you are going to have to purchase a ROKU of Firestick. Then which ever you purchase won't turn the t.v. off or on. Don't waste your money or time. I wouldn't even give this TV 1 star. Note: They won't replace the TV either!

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Mediocre for the money. Inconsistent performance. At times, no sound. I turn it off and back on to get sound. Difficult navigation. Instructions are not clear.

    TLC Tv 40"

    Garble sound would not stay connected to internet. Very difficult getting into hula returned it past 15 day returnable, which i was unaware of, Which was utterly ridiculous. Staff was pleasant. Not happy not getting refunded back to my best card. Will not buy another tv from best buy!!!!

    BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! TV SCREEN WENT BLACK AND WONT TURN ON JUST OVER A YEAR AFTER BUYING! Always had problems with turning on from day one!!! DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!!!!
