Piece of complicated crap that didn't work right.

Well, it doesn't. TCL tech support didn't even have a clue how to make this happen. The other salespeople in the tv department just told me to download an app. When I went to return it, the guy at the Geek squad told me exactly what to do, and it works with mediocrity. Why didn't the salesmen tell me? I had to drive across town 4 times to finally get a decent question answered. If it weren't for the cheap price I would have returned it for good. And what a piece of crap it is. The remote is not intuitive at all, and everything it tied up in apps and agreements. I just wanted to watch tv with an antennae, and mirror my iphone or ipad. Finally - there are some really nice and helpful people that work there at Best Buy. I wish I could have found them.

Love Google TV

Pleasantly surprised to find the multple Google channels. Colors, setup, and sound all worked well. Good purchase.

Google over fire tv

sleep timer pain

Buyer Beware.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy. I bought this tv for my granddaughter for Xmas. She's had it a month and black and white lines started appearing up and down on her screen about 2/3 of the way across. Because it happened two weeks after the extended Xmas return, BestBuy refused to exchange it. I was told to contact TCL. We forwarded all the info they requested. The response I got was that they weren't going to honor the warranty because they determined there is a cracked case. There has been no damage to the tv while she has had it and she finds no physical damage to it, so how anyone could make that kind of a determination without a physical inspection is beyond me. This is obviously just a way to avoid honoring their warranty.
