Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.quality of product is good. customer service at this store sucks. i had to search and pull the product. then i had to search for a cart. when i approached the checkout, i was rudely directed to customer service desk. then the rude and obnoxious clerk told me to bring the cart around an aisle that was cluttered with boxes of merchandise that the cart would not fit ! i will add that she was playing with her phone and not helping the "line of customers " in her imagination. i was the only customer in site. she went back to playing with her phone and another associate rang up my sale.

According to him, the TCL TV is what the NFL uses and it's a Google TV. I bought TV and I'm very pleased with the quality and sound. Great TV at a low cost.

Great price, operating system, size, but slow

Really enjoyed watching the games and movies. I thorougly enjoy the menu screen options and apps but it is beyond slow. it takes mintues to load and navigate which makes it an awful experience. I think it's the TCL chip not running properly. If you don't mind the delay and get this cheap, great for hosting. But this is annoying for everyday use.
