    The tv looks good but the Google tv aspect was difficult for us to adjust to. Our other smart tv was much easier to learn and use.

    Could have used more initial setup instructions. Sound is quite tinny as mentioned in other reviews and no way to adjust it. Cannot find a way to ensure watched content always fills the screen (other tv's I've had have had obvious adjustments to manage that).

    Slow and unresponsive

    Replaced my ancient Samsung from 2010 with this based off how much I've loved the TCL Roku TVs we have in the house. This ain't it. It is slow starting up, slow to respond to remote commands, slow to start apps up. I gave up using the thing after a week and got a Roku to go on it just to avoid the 3-5 minutes it takes to turn it on, wait for it load the default Google TV screen, and start up any app. I'd recommend getting the older Roku models and skip the Google TV model for this year.

    Screen has white flashes that are distracting

    I like the Google TV interface. However, it does get slow at times, and sometimes it doesn't seem to act properly (for example, for a few months or wouldn't start up to the home screen, and instead tried to load HDMI 1 which wasn't connected or antenna, also not connected, despite the settings set to start at the home screen). The biggest drawback is that occasionally, relatively frequently perhaps, the screen has a white "flash" that distracts from the image quality.

    Not a bad TV for the price but do not expect much. Sound is not very good at all so plan on sitting close. Picture for the price is not too bad. I have been without a TV for about 6 months so when I got some cash I picked this up on sale. It will work until I can find some more money to buy a Samsung or even better a Sony

    BestBuy always have the greatest deals! I had so many access to choose from, Best Buy also advertised this TV and I'm very satisfied with the quality & energy saved!

    Good TV. Kinda slow and glitchy when it comes to casting through Google Home, which is specifically why I got this TV, but it could just be the app. Otherwise, works great!

    The television is functioning as expected, but it doesn't support the Spectrum app, which is one that I watch. The salesperson told me it was the same as the TCL Roku TVs, and they have the Spectrum app. Also, the remote is not the same as the one in the instructions pamphlet, so the instructions were not useful.

    Honestly not a bad tv. It is a tcl so its not the best build quality but for the money its better then the rest in this range. Google tv is cluttered but not the worst.

    I have around 2 months with that tv and it work great I really recommended it’s a really good investment specially if you moving or wanna upgrade your tv for something better, TCL it’s the best option.
