The opearting system is glitchy, wi-fi connectivity and streaming is unbearable, apps constantly crash and kick you out, menu layouts are awful and takes 6 sub menus to reach a sleep timer, google tv but isnt able to be turned on by a google nest device, its just the worst. I have a 16 year old emerson tv that I would use in preference over this tv.

Disappointment on a box. Worst TV ever.

When you watch the TV from the sides, at an angle, the image looks too bright and distorted. The remote control lacks the most fundamental features all other remotes have, i.e. channel up/channel down button. Worst sound and picture I’ve seen. Then again, you get what you pay for. You’re better off buying a better brand, and spending that extra $50.

The S350G does not currently support AirPlay. This TV does support casting from IOS devices. However, there may be a limitation depending on the IOS app you are casting from.

Dont buy!!!

An "unhappy" birthday
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I thought I was getting a deal I got the excellent condition open box 40 inch TCL and when I got it it wasn't packaged it all it had one piece of bubble wrap around it and once I got home I seen it it had a big crack in it and came with no remote so I was very unhappy usually I'm very happy with Best buy

You get what you pay for.

I tried to return the TV but I didn't realize the return policy at Best Buy was only 10 days so we're stuck with it.

Unsatisfied with service provided by sales reps

Apparently it wasn’t completely nor thoroughly inspected because the remote needs to be exactly under the power button in order for it to work. Fortunately, I don’t have a lot of time to return it so I’m having to just deal with it my mistake.
