    TV only actually turns on half the time. Other half the time the sound doesn't work. It's a cheap TV but I didn't think it would be complete garbage. Picture quality is poor as well...when it actually does turn on.

    Poor quality picture the sound on it is terrible I think I just got a bad TV in general I'm not saying all the other TVs are like this at this brand it's just this one internal is pretty terrible

    IT is not compatible with all streaming services such as the only cable provider in my area, therefore I would have liked to have been told that at the time of purchase

    Total junk. I would never buy a TCL ever again. I've had to do a cold restart 4 times to get it to work (unplug, wait 5 min, replug). I will call TCL tomorrow and see what they have to say about it. Problematic electronics.

    Extremely difficult to set up. The included remote is different than shown in the setup manual and no instructions how to use it. Difficult to impossible to add apps.

    We returned this product due it not working properly. There were major internal issues. We could not get even hardly use the remote. Google doesn’t have this figured out yet.

    Sound goes out. Only had this tv since Christmas and had to reset it to get the sound back. Went out again and haven’t been able to get it back.

    This tv has the worst sound I’ve ever heard on a tv. Sounds like it’s inside a tin can. I’ve changed all the different audio settings and it never sounds good.
