    This is my first smart tv. Very easy to set up. The user interface is intuitive. Adding and removing apps is a breeze. Happy with the picture and sound quality (no added speakers). The "con" is that on a daily basis, a box pops up requiring me to free up some space. It's a 30-second inconvenience at most.

    I absolutely love Best Buy products. This tv is just perfect, it’s the perfect size for my bedroom, and the picture is, you guessed it, PERFECT!!! I will continue to purchase my electronics and more from Best Buy

    I would have given 5 star, if the TV remote have the mute button. I like to meet the person who decided to remove a small button would save money for the company or find the rational behind it.

    Picked this television up at $149 and it is well worth the price! Google TV operating system interface works well and is easy to navigate. HDR10 capable, so picture and brightness are good, as is the sound, although getting a soundbar would be ideal.

    Got this tv for my daughter’s room. Great size for the price. And works very well. Seems to boot up a little slower than some other tvs i have used but it is a great tv for a toddler that jus wants to watch her shows lol

    ordered from WM.. four days later, they still hadn't shipped.. went to Best Buy, got the tv I actually wanted, on sale.. AND less than 48 hours after ordering via the online chat help. Best Buy, you guys are doing something RIGHT! I love everything about Best Buy! Sorry I didn't come here first. I will from now on for speed, accuracy, price AND fantastic customer service! Perfect for my RV living room space.

    My TCL TV is epic; quality and picture resolution is superb. As a Disabled Navy Veteran with vision problems, allows me to enjoy watching sports and my favorite TV Series again.I recommend You Tube TV and 4K add on.

    Just what we needed. This is a very nice, lightweight, smart tv that we are using in a bedroom. I love that it runs on Android TV because it replaced an older tv using Chromecast. It's been a smooth and easy transition. I also really like the small remote that is very easy to use.

    I'm so glad I saved the box. High likelihood I return it this weekend. Too much bloatware that can't be removed. That wouldn't be too bad but now it appears after I loaded some apps, there's not enough memory to update the system. I tried plugging in a thumb drive and that doesn't change anything. I tried chat with TCL support and only lead to frustration. They wanted me to reset it. I said that made no sense, I just want to know how to remove unneeded apps or to make it recognize the thumb drive so I could update. They said for any warranty claim, I needed to start with reset. I repeated I wasn't making a warranty claim, it was a "how to" call for support. I was told no reset, no support. I hung up.

    I bought the tv before I moved into my new place, which wasnt ready until after the return period. I opened the box to find no remote or power cord.I purchased an excellent open box tv. So I bought a remote and power cord off amazon just to find out the tv only turns on and go to a blue screen. I am upset, the tv shipment was delayed three before receiving it. I will contact customer service to see if I can get an exchange. I am truly irritated.
