Only down part is that the tv is really slow. If you are searching an app, you click left, and it takes like 4 seconds to go left.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. The picture quality 1020 is bright and sharp the speakers could be a higher rated for louder volume but for sports and movies the are just fine as is.

The picture is clean and crisp and comparable to high-end brands in terms of performance, inexpensive too. So glad to have purchased this TV.

The screen looks great, great features, great app options. My issue is with the speed of the TV... Push the up volume key once and you can count to 6 before it registers and the TV does the volume up. This goes for ANY button you push. Once the show or movie you want is on and you have the volume set at the right volume it's great! But the slowness absolutely drives me nuts and the other features can't compensate.

Great little TV

Waste of Hard Earn Cash!

Now the IR won't read the remote and having trouble getting them to repair the TV. The warranty is only for 1 year. That should have been a sign. Don't waste your money. Not worth it. BB should be ashamed for selling this GARBAGE!

Terrible TV

Totally unacceptable!!! These smart TVs last forever anymore unless one purchases a lemon. And it seems that's just what I have done. A very unhappy customer.
