    It's a decent TV but I am a little upset that I am not able to use my spectrum app on it. It would be nice if that was mentioned on the packaging. A contract dispute for a television....who knew

    HORRIBLE TV! It will adjust the volume on its own and when watching Hulu it will close out of nowhere and Netflix will open up for no reason. Buyer beware!

    The search engine never successfully finishes a search.. the screen when watching shows through peacock is all messed up…. Don’t like the menu layout…. Takes tv forever to warm up and turn on..

    Don't buy TCL tv .i bought it from best buy last july 4th.it had issues. When I call best buy they told me to speak TCL.then 14 days left. TV doesn't work well and they all mislead me . It doesn't connect to the phone,remote and Google assistant as well. I never recommend TCL TV to anyone. Please select a best brand than TCL.Don't waste your money..

    I don't like this TV because it's needlessly cumbersome. To start, it's hard to set up. It requires Google Play and the home screen is a mess. It is set up like a phone and is a pain to use. I have Roku's that i use with tvs and i also have Roku-built-in tvs that work well, too. I took a chance with this Google phone-style tv and lost. Next time I'll buy a Roku TV.
