Terrible Brand

After three months a vertical line showed up on my TV in which I barely watch. The TV also runs VERY slow and constantly exits you out of apps on its own. TCL basically said oh well so three months and I have to buy a brand new TV. Do not get TCL TV’s!

Auto detect aspect doesnt work.

Weird, the same apps work on my other TCL TV just fine. Will not purchase any other TCL products. Live and learn i guess.

Cheap TV. Don't waste ur money...

My issue was, took my a couple of tries each time I tried to go into crown apps. It became frustrating. After about two weeks of having it, I returned. It wouldn't have lasted a year.

As soon as he removed it from the box we saw that the screen was all cracked I need to get this back to the store for an exchange

Roll of the dice..you lose

No memory.

Its like owning a old phone with no cloud storage. So much for a smart TV

Defective/damaged product

Don't know if it was a manufacturing defect or rough handling at some point prior to delivery. Can't see making a purchase of this type again.

Wish I could return it,

It doesn’t change as you press the buttons. Please don’t buy TLC. 2 minutes after I pressed the button I wanted earlier it fired the action.

Incredibly Slow

Useless after 4 months

Good quality tv, dissatisfying remote connection

My only gripe is that things get glitchy when operating the tv using the provided remote. Even with fresh, brand new batteries (replacements for the included ones, that I thought were bad), there is a decent lag time between pushing a button & response of the tv. Additionally, I experienced random buffering, unrelated to my internet connection as I was still able to successfully & quickly access wifi using other devices. The workaround I have found for the said issue is that response to chromecast initiated media play via my phone is as responsive & glitch-free as one would expect from a new tv.
I would recommend this to a friend
