Backlight stopped after 2 years of normal use

It was decent initially, but durability proved poor. After just two years of normal use, the backlight failed completely.Now, the screen is permanently black and useless. Better deals to get a new tv with better specs rather to replace backlight

It is not suitable for a room with windows however as it doesn't get bright enough even in its brightest settings to be watchable. Absolutely fine as a bedroom TV but don't try to make this your main one in a kitchen or living room.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
